Belay Technologies is seeking a seeking a strong Senior Systems Engineer (SE), to support the Data Normalization & Automation (DNA) TTO which provides normalization of cyber security data and automation of threat intelligence. The SE will define the requirements for maintaining the overarching validation framework and resulting rule-sets. They must have the experience to be able to negotiate with representatives across the entire Customer architecture to effectively perform their job. The successful candidate will have knowledge of data validation, NSA core data elements, validation technologies, compliance and data tagging. The SE applies systems engineering principles throughout the systems life cycle phases: Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, and Retirement. The SE interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts. Communicates with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.
Candidates should have the following qualifications:
TS/SCI with full scope polygraph is required.
A Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field (See Note 1)
Or a related discipline (See Note 2) from an accredited college
Or university plus twenty (20) years of systems engineering experience
Or a High School Diploma or GED plus twenty-four (24) years of general systems engineering experience (any Process Area).
Or a Master’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field (See Note 1)
Or a related discipline (See Note 2) from an accredited college
Or university plus eighteen (18) years of systems engineering experience
Or a PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field (See Note 1)
Or a related discipline (See Note 2) from an accredited college
Or university plus eighteen (18) years of systems engineering experience.
Note 2 - Examples of related disciplines include: Chemistry, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, and Physics.
Candidates are required to have the following skills:
